We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our jewellery products accurately. However, slight variations in colour, texture, size, appearance, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of certain products.

3. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, alternative product, or refund where applicable.

4. Pricing Policy

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may be changed or updated at any time without prior notice. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other applicable fees will be added during checkout where applicable.

5. Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you may receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Celestial Artifacts reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including pricing or product information errors, payment issues, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

6. Payment Terms

We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateways and payment partners. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Celestial Artifacts does not directly store complete payment card details where such information is processed by our payment partners.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be processed within the specified business processing period. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier or delivery service, customer location, weather conditions, public holidays, logistical disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates provided by third-party courier services.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in accordance with our applicable Return & Exchange Policy.

Customers must report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products within the specified reporting period. We may require an unboxing video and clear photographs of the package and product to verify the issue.

Products that do not meet the conditions specified in our Return & Exchange Policy may not be eligible for return or exchange.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If a cancellation is successfully approved before dispatch, any applicable refund will be processed according to our refund procedures and payment gateway timelines.

10. Jewellery Care

Customers are advised to handle and store jewellery carefully. Keep jewellery away from water, perfumes, chemicals, cosmetics, sweat, and excessive moisture.

Proper cleaning, storage, and care can help maintain the appearance, quality, and shine of your jewellery.

11. Intellectual Property

All product images, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, text, website content, and branding associated with Celestial Artifacts are the property of Celestial Artifacts or are used with appropriate authorization.

Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publishing, or using our content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
